Method:
Stir Angostura and vanilla syrup in the glass for 5 secs, add 3 ice cubes and 1 shot of The Famous Grouse, stir for 20 secs, fill the glass with ice and add in final shot of The Famous Grouse, stir for further 30 secs. Garnish with a lemon zest.
